Maps
In the Planning Department, we use a variety of maps and mapping applications. Many of the programs we use are accessible to the public and are a great resource if you would like more information about your property.
• ORMap (Assessor Property Maps and Aerial Maps) To find your property on the maps you will need the tax lot and map number. This information is available through the Baker County Assessor Property Search. We use these maps to examine property lines, lot size and dimensions, and existing conditions.
• FEMA Flood Map Service Center (Floodplain Maps) FEMA has a search by address function that allows you to locate your property on the FEMA FIRM Floodplain maps. We use these maps to evaluate whether or not your property is in the Floodplain.
• Baker City Zoning Map The Baker City Zoning Map represents the different zoning designations in Baker City.
• Baker City Historic District A map of the historic district in Baker City. The historic district has special design standards that are regulated by the Historic District Design Review Committee.
• Baker City Economic Improvement District A map of the Central City Commercial area that is a designated Economic Improvement District.
• Large Animal Zone Map This map illustrates the area in Baker City where large animals are prohibited. For more information about livestock in Baker City, see our help sheet.
